They were taught the basics. Remember gym class when the girls went to their class and seemingly did nothing athletic? Maybe the b***h instructor would have them walk around the track? That was all just a cover. They were getting their lessons on how to brutalize us then. And there we were, running around in our gym shorts playing ball and having fun! What a bunch of dopes we were!

It comes naturally. No training necessary.
