Because they do have the money to donate, and not only America has problems like sick and starving, I find Americans like that to be in far less positions like most people of India, who die in the thousands each day because of famine and the lack of money in the government to buy even the simplest things for their families (clean water)

i believe that if you are blessed to be wealthness you should give something back. this is a ofering. God gave us his only son to save us and he also wants us to help others.

they don't always donate money to other counties -- they look for a need and fill it.
