I've often heard that masturbation is helpful in terms of a man learning to control ejaculation. I've never sat down ever in my life for the sole purpose of masturbating. I'm sure I have in some form or another though. I have two questions. Is it true that maturbation is a good way for a man to learn to control ejaculation outside of being with a partner thus making maturbation beneficial? Or can maturbation be destructive and make it so you can't be sexually satisfied by your partner or any potential partners?

is it harmful in a moral sense? that's between you and your God. but as for health reasons masturbation can help you learn ejaculation control if you are using a method to help you gain control. look for books specifically about improving your sexual endurance, and in particular look for guides about controlling something called the PC muscle (it has a really long scientific name that I don't remember how to spell, but it is colloquially known as the PC). go to amazon.com, and look for books like How to Make Love All night Long, and other titles for help with that issue.
as for can it be harmful from a health perspective, only excessive to the point that you know longer pursue a relationship with someone else is it harmful, however if most men achieved that point, NO ONE would ever be having sex.

Masturbation to a man's sexual organs is like jogging every morning is good for the heart. Masturbation helps the body keep your sexual organs working the way they were intended to work. It's like the old saying, "Use it or lose it".

Not harmful but not the same as the real thing with a woman. Guess the Christians must be in church yet - no bible readings.
