I was "spotting" but my pregnancy test was negative. I'm 3 and a half weeks late. What could it mean?

well to be honest i would go to the dr's and see whats going on, sometimes you wont show a + sign on a test for mons and still be pregnant

At 3 and 1/2 weeks late it should have showed up on a pregnancy test. You really need to consult a physician. There may be an underlining problem that you shouldn't hold off on. However if you want to try testing again before you alert the doctor, take a first response hpt.

hmm a test 3 weeks afer your due is usually pretty spot on, but you might jsut be having a long cycle and didnt ovulate at "regular" time. If you were stressed that can delay ovulation, which can delay your period! I would go get a blood pregnancy test to be sure!

I would advise consulting a Physician for a thourough exam to rule out pregancy or other concerns . These exams are mostly painless and can be done rather quickly!

it could be stress induced go to the doc and get a blood test

a few things can cause you to be late, stress, weight gain/loss.....you should go to the dr and get checked
