i have friends that are gay, tranny's, and me and my other friends are considered "goth".
Why do ppl lable one another
and no i am not emo
so dont ask me for a pair of siccors {i cant spell}
or black perminant makers
cuz i wear black all the time and have a mohwack doesn't mean thats my favorite color {black}

I absolutely do not agree with labels either. A person is just a person. If every person were the same it would be a horrible planet to live on. You are just a girl who likes to wear black. Black is very slimming!!!!!!!!!!!

Tessa, people in todays society especially were raised and sometimes even forced or driven to believe in certain things.
With all the society pressures, peer pressures and of course television interfering with a persons own true feelings, they tend to lean towards what is more acceptable towards how other people would view them if they were to accept a person who for example walks around wearing all black clothing and black makeup and a different hair style.
Society in general is not passionate or forgiving and has lost all their aspects of being a true person with their own beliefs and values.
As far as your typing and/or spelling. You will get better in time, don't sweat it.

Okay, you ready for your answer. It's just not in today's life that people judges, we have been doing this since the beginning, and do you really think that it is going to change cause I know people are still fighting for repect for just the color of their skin. I know as Americans we suppose to be free and it doesn't work that way, it's who you know or how much money you have, the more you have it seems the less people cares what you look like or do. I say if you like yourself you shouldn't care what other people say

I think that people are just hooked on naming things and people.
There is reason for it; without a name or a term, it makes it hard to communicate ideas to each other.
At the same time, one must be careful not to 'lock into' a name. RED has 1000 different shades and subtleties; the same goes for people. One may use a particular word to describe another, but it is important to remember that this is not the total person.

I think people to some extent need labels to help understand and define the world around them as well as to be able to communicate. We aren't going to be able to escape them anytime soon. And kudos to you for the whole goth part. It was waaay too much work for me to look the part.

I FEEL THAT BEING GOTH, OR GAY IS NOT ACCEPETED BECAUSE THEY ARE VEIWED AS EVIL AND DEVIL WORSHIPERS. I AM CHRISTIAN AND SOME GOTH KIDS MAY WORSHIP THE DEVIL I REALLY THINK MOST JUST WANT TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES AND STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD. AS FAR AS BEING GAY IS CONCERED LIKE I SAID I AM CHRISTIAN AND I FEEL THAT IT IS WRONG. BECAUSE THE BIBLE SAYS THAT MARRIAGE IS BETWEEN A MAN AND A WOMEN NOT TO MEN THE POINT OF RELATIONSHIPS TO TO PRODUCE OFFSPRINGS AND TWO MEN OR TWO WOMEN CANOT DO THAT. BIBLE SAYS THAT MEN WHO LIE WITH MEN WILL NOT ENHERITE GODS KINGDOM. BUT I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH GAYS BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH I THINK IT IS WRONG, AND GOES AGAINST GODS WILL GOD ALSO GAVE MAN FREE WILL TO MAKE OUR OWN CHOICES AND WHO ARE WE TO JUDGE SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY ARE GAY. EVERYONE WHO IS AGAINST GAYS IS QUICK TO QUOTE THE BIBLE ABOUT HOW THEY WILL BE CONDEMED. BUT THEY ARE QUICK TO FORGET THAT THE BIBLE ALSO SAYS THAT ONLY GOD HAS THE RIGHT TO JUDGE, AND THAT YOU SHOULD HATE THE SIN BUT LOVE THE SINNER. I THINK WE SOULD ALL LEARN TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER AND STOP JUDGING EACH OTHER
