I am constantly followed by clouds in the shape of an evil looking eye. When I first see it the image is clear, but when I look again it starts to fade. What does this mean?

red clouds.. sicknees in the family
being around one... feeling bad about money
fading, going up, images.. ur projects will b achieve with hard work.
clouds dat sits one on top of the other means.. fight in family.
