NO, They should not be arrested. Everyone is entitled to think what they want. We would be better off if we could make the youth PULL UP THEIR PANTS.

What are the Freedoms of Speech and of the Press when there's nothing that you won't get in trouble for?
At a school in CT students are not allowed to wear Lynyrd Skynyrd shirts because of the band's use of Confederate flags in their works and at live performances.
A man was beaten on the street in Dallas for wearing a shirt with the street sign used close to the border which was featured on "Mind of Mencia".
Thousands of schools across the nation have strict dress codes such as uniforms. Many of these polices went into effect with different styles of dress in mind and the incentive different styles of clothing gave to internal uprising and conflict.
A school in Michigan banned Papa Roach shirts back in 2000 after the use of insects on band shirts. The ban now incompasses any animal depictions with the sake of vegetarians in mind.

If they aren't american doesn't matter. If they ARE american this is a free country. We can wear any shirt respecting or disrespecting a country. You see if I wore a shirt saying "America Sucks" and walked up right up to a police officer he'd just ignore it.

Rancid became the first band whose CD I picked up on my own, so i'm form of biased. Anti-Flag isn't my personal prominent from what i have heard through them so a concepts. i bypass for Rancid.

No one arrested people who voted for Dumbya nor the idiot himself, and they not only disrespec America, biut caused enormous damage to it, killed thousands of Americans by sending them to pointless wars.... sp first things first - arrest the real criminals. Besides, your mentality was popular in Germany, late 1930s/early 1940s - where everyone had to think what the government said. I fought for this country and someone said to me: “I don’t agree with what you are saying but, I will fight till the death for the right for you to say it”. I don’t agree with them at all but, every American has the right and freedom to say whatever. No matter how stupid.

Freedom of speech and freedom of expression. I don't agree with their stance, but they have a right to say it. Just like I don't agree with hate spewing KKK members, but I realize they have a right to say all their racist crap!
