All OSB is actual thickness, therefore 1/2" OSB would be 1/2".

Thickness on OSB board is pretty close to what it says. That said, OSB comes in many thicknesses. 1/4", 3/8, 7/16,1/2,9/16, even 3/4 or more. thethickness is almost always printed on one side or the other of each sheet.

I'm sure it's 1/2 inch plus or minus the tolerance allowed, but if you really need to know, measure it with a dial caliper in several different locations as it is not uniform in it's composition.

What they call 1/2" is actually 7/16" thick.
