I know the answer to this exercise but I am not sure which are the values that were used to come to that answer.

Ok I have to find this limit.

lim (x^2-3x+1)
x->2

The answer is -1/2

but I need the values for that answer, that are the numbers that are closer to -1, and that's where I am stuck. I need at least 4 values. I think is 0.099, 0.99, etc....but I am not getting the correct answer which is suppose to give -1/2.

Please help. Thanks.

the answer is wrong, the answer should be -1
or the answer can be -1/2 if the denominator in the problem is x.
