if u have a legitimate answer...than there is no need for the childish comments. the fact that u get all upset only shows u dont really have a good reason and you need to attack instead.

This is undeniable if you consider the mindset right after 9/11.

President Bush had the strength of leadership to ease our fears & unite the country in those hours of grief & uncertainty. If you remember those days he was praised by Americans of differing parties, & ideologies.

The attacks of 9/11 were something no President before Bush had EVER been confronted with. The economy took some major hits because of fear & uncertainty , but confidence returned & his stand at ground zero made Americans proud.

Have you forgotten!!

there are plenty of reasons, in fact one guy posted a very long list of Accomplishments the other day and I will not re post it as is was very long. But here is a scenario for you to ponder. The Attack on 911 was supposed to ignite radical Islam into absolute destruction of the west around the world. American Muslims were instructed to shoot people burn things and "go to war" It was also supposed wreck the world economy. During the ensuing years the economies stabilized and grew.. No Not All GW's doing but you have to admit when wall street analysts said the US economy would take 10-20 years to recover and did it in 4 years someone was doing something right and GW has to get some credit at least. I mean I hate Bill Clinton with a Passion yet I admit he did several good and great things......

By the tone of your question I doubt seriously that you are really open minded enough to care about the answers you get... even if they provide you with ACTUAL things he done "that has positively affected this country"... (assuming here that you are referring to the United States). So I won't take the time to list em... But I know that there will be others that will. I would suggest that you try to be objective. Think about it darlin'.

he lowered your taxes and that prevented a depression after we were in a recession. he tried to let you have more control of your social security but the democrats made sure to stop that so he would look bad. stock market is at all time high,so 401 ks are up---int rest rates have been at recorded lows,(record home ownership, highest ever for blacks) and the unemployment rate is very low. he also tried to get rid of the death tax but again the democrats didn't want republicans to look good and be re-elected,called n.Korea on its weapon program, investing billions into alt. energy, vouchers if your kids school is bad will help pay for you to get to another school.... sorry i listed more than one-----I'm not republican I'm libertarian

Just one good reason!! How about the bigger tax refund everybody gets at tax time. Bigger refund so everyone can spend a little more and put it back into the economy allowing it to florish better then it would otherwise have??

I like him because he is the elected leader of the greatest nation in the world. You know what you are going to get with George Bush. He is leading the world-wide fight against terrorism. He doesn't want to take all of my money and give it to someone else.

He stood up against popular opinion, unlike Clinton. Honestly, if you cannot come up with any reason on your own, I sincerely doubt you are capable of considering the ideas of anyone else.

You knew after posting this question that conservatives would post crap that you don't believe would be a good enough reason.

Bush is doing a tough job and sticks to his principles. Maybe history will have a different viewpoint. He lowers the taxes every American. The economy is doing great. He made other nations to fear us. I do not want other countries like us but fear us and leave us alone.
