V-ups, which is when you but your legs straight in the air, and do curl-ups.

You can do all the push ups and sit ups you want, but if you don't revamp your diet and add an exercise routine in, then you will not be able to shed the extra weight around your belly and your abs won't be able to shine through.

Have you considered pilates and / or yoga? I'm a chunky middle-aged male hoping to develop abs, and yoga is part of my routine.

ya i have abs and i do 150 curl-ups a day
it hurts for a while untill your muscels get tight and u get used to it

An honest effort in your work outs and eating right. It won't happen over night...you've got to stay after it.
