Lexi is it normal 2 ask about boy friends? What kind of balls r U talking about? Scrotum balls can look bigger when 1 is limp. P can do turtle imitaton! 1 calls it "shrinkage" often change size!

Do you mean when the penis is erect or flaccid? A penis is typically 5-6 inches (12-15 cm) long when erect, and is larger than the scrotum at that time, but when flaccid the scrotum may appear larger.

As for whether it's "normal" or not, there is a lot of variation in both male and female genitals. Just like female breasts come in different sizes and shapes so do penises. As long as your boyfriend has sufficient sensation, I wouldn't worry about it. If he is concerned, he can see a doctor and ask about it.

If his testicles are greater than the erected penis he either have a very abnormal balls or his penis will be very short!
On both the cases, you have to be worried about.....

Yes, it is very normal. Mine is that way as well, in the "inactive" state. Sometimes I've thought other men's "balls" looked quite small.
