Today's hop-scotch game is a highly evolved version of a game first invented by the most intelligent of preatory dinosaurs who first named the game "jumping at the food" the object of which game was to jump in the middle of a bunch of feasting cousins and grab the biggest bite of Brontoburger and jump out with all limbs intact. The game ran along quite nicely for millions of years without much change, util a very large marker pebble fell from the sky causing firestorms and heavily overcast skys and in general disrupted the game for another millions of years until protohumans again revived it.

I would believe that the ball sockets of the human woman's pelvis would suffice for proper hopscotch play. But, if women did have hinges it would initially develop abnormalities in the reproduction process and mobilization. I guess with millions of years of coping and evolution, the woman's curves and va va voom switch would turn into a swagger closely resembling that of a Star Wars Battle Droid.

I think you're overestimating the importance of hips in hopscotch.
It's likelier to have developed kneecaps made of spongey tissue. And ankles that rotate 360 degrees. And arms long enough to reach the ground.
Wait! This might mean orangutans are natural-born hopscotchers!

Looking for the sense in this question - hopscotch? The game played by school kids in the yard - squares with numbers, jumping. . .
And now the relationship between THAT and hinges instead of hips. . .
Am I missing somehting??

Are you sure hopscotch didn't exist in some form - I mean it's like the genius activity.
