im skinny but my thighs are bigger

stand straight up at a counter or something that i waist high. Put your hands palm down ontop of the surface. Then with one leg, raise it out to the side of you like this :

]__ hold it for a count of 5 then bring it down, but dont let your foot touch the ground or your other leg. hold for 2 second. then lift it again for another count of 5. do this 5 reps with each leg and do 5 sets. do this everyday (takes only 5 minutes) this will not only burn the fat in your thighs and esp. you inner thighs, but it will tone the muscle too.

Drink 8 [8 ounce] glasses of water everyday, run right when you wake up because at this time your body burns only fat relative to burning carbs the first 20 minutes of exercise otherwise, and eat Lean Cuisine meals/no sweets

This plan really thinned out my thighs!

do you run at the gym or anything. you should walk instead of running because running makes your theighs bulk up.

do cycling while laying ur back on the flr it helped me alot
