Do squats, lunges, etc each and all the workouts that concentrate on that area yet do quite some them!!!!! The greater reps you do the with much less weight the slimmer this is going to develop into. in case you probably did want to construct muscle heavier weights with much less reps. additionally, working is super (long distance no longer sprinting). observe the physique of long distance runners in comparison to sprinters. wish this facilitates.

Silver Jeans they r the best or hollister jeans American Eagle places like that they r all good I have alot of hollister and silver and american eagle jeans so I would go with those

dark jeans. try to find some jeans that are dark on the outside and are a little bit lighter on the inside. those make u look slimmer!
