will the Anti-lock braking system work good in indian cars.somebody told that it will not work in our roads?

is it worhy to spend money for the Anti-lock braking system fitted cars.Anybody to share.

ABS is a proven technology.It is an essential safety requirement and it also increases the life of your cars tyres.The govt. is also considering making it mandatory in all cars.
If you love life and your family,then the extra money shelled out will be worth it.

ABS prevents lock up of the brakes, which in turn prevents sliding and decreases braking distance. They are a safety feature. If youre willing to spend money there isn't any reason not to install them as far as I know...
