Singapore emplyment act does not hold any prejudice against HIV+ people.
I encourage you to tell other staffs. You are doing a good deed!!! Must be fair for everybody to know. They want to get close to him/her are their business and you don;t have the right to stop them.
BUT, you still have the right to tell and warn others!

There are lots of prejudice in Singapore. A stop career move is to tell people you are hiv+. So long you don't share food or bodily fluids just mind your own biz and take your meds. Our employments laws are for the benefit of the employers. Don't waste time hoping it protects workers.

l think if that person is working in an inviroment with other people then yes they have every right to know, now there is always jerks who can be mean and cruel but u just roll with the punches and take it one day at a time , but always protect urself cause remember u or someone else has a family to go home to afterwards, play it safe and be careful.

Don't know the law, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was Draconian. About the other question, just be safe and keep your disease to yourself. Oh, and don't infect anyone.
