If you have any desire to excell in the business world and need insight into how to manage your time as well as your relationships with your customers its an excellent read. I have also attended one of the seminars, well worth the time and money if you can afford both.

If you're an organisation freak/businessperson: yes. If you're a normal person: no. My dad gave this to me when I quit my horrible horrible job... it didn't help me get another one.
