Well my wife and I just got back from london last week ! We were there for 2 weeks and I wished that we have been there for 2 more weeks!! There are some many things too see. the only tour we took was a day trip to Stonehenge and the rest of the time we walked around and talked to the people and saw things that were not the real toursty things .. It was a BLAST and the people were very very nice!!!!! I hope this helps

2 weeks definitely. Theres loads to see, and I would recommend coming here to Glasgow, apparently it bears similarity to Chicago as Charles Rennie Macintosh, the man who designed much of Glasgow's early architecture, designed building in Chicago too. Ive always fancied going to Chicago, shall we do a swap?!

You probably need at least 2 weeks or more so if you can afford it, go for it and have a great trip.

The more time off, the better. But you have to ask yourself, do I have the money for two weeks?
