Lately I have noticed that my husband has dried semen in his underwear even on days that we aren't sexually active. It varries in amount. Some days it might be a larger spot, some days just a dribble. He is in his late 30's and had a vasectomy 17 years ago. He also sometimes has trouble getting to the restroom on time to urinate and a little urine may slip out. He also has been experiencing a lot of back pain and stiffness. I first thought he was having an affair when I noticed the semen, but now i wonder if he might have prostrate trouble.

He is rather young to have prostate trouble. My guess would be that he has been masturbating. Nothing to worry about.

Not too sharp guy, though. Should do his own laundry. He is obviously getting turned on sexually sometime during the day--maybe viewing porn or erotica on the web if he has lots of time to access the net. Guys will secrete pre-ejaculate when thinking about sex or viewing sexually stimulating stuff. If you don't do anything about it, like tucking in some toilet paper to catch the drips, it will stain. Of course, the other alternative is that he is having sex with someone somewhere and forgetting that semen will continue to flow well after the sex takes place. Good luck, hope it is the former.

after a certain time prior to the operation something happens dunno what exactly but alot of men can ejaculate normaly, i guess the operation has an expiration date lol, but seriously have you consulted a doctor, and for the semen in his shorts maybe he just jerked off or had a wet dream

Perhaps he managed to ejaculate in his shorts! Perhaps on those days that the two of you are not sexually active he might be. At least you hope it is his and not from some other gentleman. Hopefully the spots are closer to the front than the back.
