So, I was shopping in Goodwill, and I begged my little brother to come along and he did. So as I'm browsing and looking around for clothes for my little brother, my little brother starts hiding behind me. I had no idea that it was because his classmate was there and he didn't want him to find out, so I said really loud,
"Wilbur! Look it's your friend from school!"
Now my little brother is mad at me, what do I do?
Shouldn't people be embarssed about being on drugs, and other bad things instead of going to Goodwill. He says I ruined his reputation, and now he doesn't even talk to me.

I get embarassed about going to goodwill when my mom drags me there. Something about the old clothes smell just doesn't sit well with me.
Anyway...to your question. Your little brother has every right to be angry and embarassed. You didn't do anything wrong...I will give you that, but he has a right to his emotions. Talk to him about it. If he doesn't want to talk...simply talk at him. Whether or not he's listening will become obvious really quickly. Kids are too nosy not to listen to a little of what you are saying.
Start off with something like..."the other day in goodwill I know i really embarassed you and I'm sorry. But you aren't the only one whose gotten embarassed in front of their friends." Then talk about a time when your parents embarassed you in front of your friends or when another sibling (maybe even him) embarassed you. I honestly don't think he wants you dead. Kids have exaggerated emotions sometimes and saying I wish you were dead is kinda like us saying Just go away for a week and then come back.
Talking to him will make you feel better and maybe even get him to start talking to you again.
