What is that interests you? Management or Biotech!!!
I might be wrong to say that biotech is a hype, but management is ideal for growth if you have leadership skills!

Dear Bhagya what will you do by doing Msc in bio tech as in india bio tech has no scope. unless you are able to do post graduation and doctorate from IIs bangalore or TIFR it makes sense and your career will not be in India but only in US whee the Pharma giants have invested billions in Biotech. In india no company have any standing in bio tech. so i will suggest you with a good academic crack the CAT with very high score and get in a top ten B school and do MBA . please you need to work hard to get top CAT score let me tell you my daughter has done Bsc with biochem and wanted like you to do Phd but realised the potential and opted for MBA and is doing it from a premier college in HR
