Paper airplanes.
Find a website that deals with paper airplanes, take two designs, make one of your own with original folds. Throw them all ten times and measure the height and distance. Make certain you use the same paper, weigh them and place things like paper clips and staples on them.

Drop a roll of Mentos in a 2 liter bottle of coke. Stand back and watch the coke shoot about 10 feet up very quickly.
There's a chemical reaction with an ingredient in Mentos and the sugar in Coke (the regular "classic coke").
