No, it won't. That's like saying if everything in the basket is an apple, then the basket is an apple also. The only way to have a democratic world would be to do away with national identity, sovereignty and loyalism; creating a one world government where all people have a voice.

I have this picture of the logistical nightmare of election day. One computer glitch and Somalia's votes aren't counted. And talk about hanging Chad!

if all countries become democratic the world cannot become democratic....
the world as a whole cannot be ruled by a single ruler..
that's y the world is divided into countries so that one ruler can rule one country

That is a non sequitor, ( it does not follow ) . First off the premise is flawed. The US never has been a one party nation. Secondly what we do here in the States is not always copied or imitated abroad. So, I guess I disagree.
