Are British people better disciplined than the American people?

Question

I know that Brits are more descent, more civillized, and even more understanding with minorities...but what about other factors of discipline like:

Is Britain a safer place to live than America? That is: with less crime rate? Is driving a car in Britain much safer than in USA?
Are women in Britain more serious in their marriages than American women?

They do have a culture and Government system that had existed for many hundred of years

while the peewee US government is waving a Mexican and Israel flag inside the White House

"Civilized" is a relative term. What one society consideres sophisticated, another may consider idiotic. Just take a few intercultural communication courses.
And I actually disagree with the idea that British people are more understanding with minorities. They still call us "red Indians" over there when the right term is Native American. Last I checked, I was yellow-olive, not red.

I think we are slightly more disiplined, yes. Although the crime rate is not too good at the moment, it could be a lot worse. Plus, all of the schools which are bringing up the next generation are quite strict, you only have to look at the uniforms to know.

If you want to phrase it 'more understanding' of minorities, that's fine, but I'll call it appeasement.

Sharia law has already taken its place in the UK. I would hope all British women are concerned about that.

I'm curious, did the British culture teach you your 'civilised', 'descent' (decent) prejudice against Americans?

no sweety, just the upper class brits who believe that their a** dont stink ACT more civilized while the rest of them are just jungle characters. Americans are hardworking people who earn everything they own, so they dont have to pretend to anybody

of course driving a car would be more safe in Britian! you guys drive pee wee cars for god sakes, while americans do it big with SUVs
