Most online banks will aloow this, but you will ultimately be sent some forms to fill out the same as you would if you went into a bank. I know E*Trade will open an online banking account for you if you want.

Nope, the only way to pay for anything thru the internet is through a bank account which u should have... I f u dont have a bank account then theres no way u can transfer money anywhere... Even for a new account..

yes, go to any banks website and go to online banking, but I do belive you will have to go in sometime to sign papers or someting not sure??

yes you can they just need your personal details like, name, age date of birth address and mother's maiden name. they do a credit check on you and it is then approved with a credit limit.
