I have to agree with MikeInRI. When I was in grade 4 it helped me. My mum taught grade 3 and bought them and it helped her third graders. Although they were made in the 80's, twenty years later they still work really well!

9x2=18

I don't know if this is available, but see if you can find a "numbers rap" set. It's set to music with students repeating it.
