Yes you can, with certain criteria:
1. you possess a firearms license ($200 to renew yearly)
2. the paintball marker must be stored by a licensed vendor in a strong room (u cannot bring it home)
3. pay for the police escort fee
Don't complain too much. In malaysia, it's the same. and paintball is humongous there.

No. No. and No. There is a real possibility of being caned for that. Its only recently that replica guns are discreetly allowed. Previously you can get charged for bringing in electronic starter gun..
