Does anyone know exact dates this year and recommend a good city to celebrate it in..

This year it's from february 15th to 20th with the climax on thursday the 15th (Women's Thursday / Weiberdonnerstag) and monday the 19th (Rosenmontagszug / the big parade). There are smaller parades on the 18th and the 20th also. And of course, go to Cologne (Köln) - it even doesn't matter when you're there, cause they go wild from 14th to 20th.

I believe it is the 16th-17th of February and I would highly suggest Kolhn it is said to be the best .
