Go to http://www.avast.com They have a Virus Scanner on their Home Page, and run it to get rid of the virus. AFTER YOU DO, download the Avast Home Edition Program. It does a great job, and it is Free also. I have used it for years and have NO problems. It scans in Real Time and Updates itself automatically also. Do it NOW. After you download the Avast Program, (if you do) and install it, REBOOT and you will be good to go. IF any other viruses are found follow the instructions, It is easy and step by step on what to do.

I suggest you too get rid of your Virus protection. Go onto:
1.> Start
2.> Control Panel
3.> Add or Remove Programs
Remove the Virus software. This ant good enough if it cant be deleted or cleaned.
Then, afterwards, go onto this website: www.avast.com <<
Then follow these instructions:
1.> Product
2.> Desktop Protection
3.> Avast! 4 home edition
4. > Stroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and press 'Download'
5. > Pick the country or anything that really suitable for you
Then it will guide you through the process. After you install it, it will have too be rebooted.
While it is, it will scan all the drive and notify you for any viruses. If one is found, it gives you an option, clean delete etc. Press the ones that you want too do with the virus. Afterwards, avast! will be on your PC.
Next step:
1.>Go back on avast! website: www.avast.com <<
2.> Purchase
3.> FREE Avast! home registration
4.> Press 'I'm a new user and I need a registration key for avast! Home Edition'
5.> Fill out the form.
You will receive the registration number in your e-mail account after you filled it out.
6.> Check your e-mail address
7.> Copy the registration code
8.> Then on your desktop, down on the left side of your screen, left click the 'A' that is going round and round.
9.> Press 'About avast!'
10.> Press 'license key'
11.> Paste the registration code you copied. Then press okay
All this should protect your PC! and you wont have too scan it, unless its going slower then normal. I hope all this has worked out for you. And if you already have avast! i suggest you too restore you PC. Good luck!

it is not necesary that is is a virus it also can be a spyware, first update your anti-virus and anti -spyware ( if u have one ). then run a full system scan and the virus will be found and deleted. Always run a reputated anti - virus solution in your computer eg. Norton Antivirus, Mc Afee, Kasper Sky, Panda Antivirus an spyware like SPyware Doctor, SpyBot, Spyware Terminator.
**If using Norton or McAfee the virus can be quarentified which block the virus's activites.

Plzz go through this link for the removal tool of
w32/stration.gen@MM
http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2006-092111-0525-99&tabid=3
I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.
These are cleanup tools. Ad-aware cleans files, and SpyBot cleans the registry.
If this does not work, then REBOOT into SAFE MODE and run your Anti-virus
scan.
Good Luck and Happy Browsing.....

Try to delete it with different Antiviral or Antispyware tools. But be careful. Some antiviral or Antispyware tools seem to be an antivirus but they are viruses.
Use the following software;
Microsoft Defender (antispyware)
Microsoft LiveOneCare (Antivirus)
Spyware Doctor (Antispyware and Trojan remover)
