yes thats the new and improved microwave bomb, it'll destroy living tissue and will not cause an explodsion...
same effectiveness as nuclear bomb without the bang and 2 much radiation...

There are also weapons being field tested that work on ultra-sound. While their damage is concentrated they can destroy, just like when used to break up kidney stones.
