When files are deleted from the recycle bin the header information of the file is deleted from the table of contents and the file space is returned to the operating system for overwrite by another file.

If you want to copy or move the file contents from the recycle bin to your flash drive, open the recycle bin and either copy and paste or move the files to the flash drive and then empty the recycle bin
