Well...how about a special date?
You should buy him a gift certificate from Blockbuster, some popcorn, and other movie stuff. Then let him know that you will have a "movie night"

Your BF can pick the movie, choose the snacks, and stuff like that.

Since most boys are pressured by Valentines Day, play it low key.

Basically what I'm doing is that I'm giving him a memory box with some stuff I put together for him. I also made him a really nice card with a heartfelt poem that I wrote. I made him a poem book with pictures I have taken as well. : } I'm doing all this stuff because Valentine's is our first anniversary. ♥

Well, I found this great website that has a lot of ideas that people sent in. A lot of great ideas... cheap, creative, sweet. So if you need ideas, here ya go:

It helped me come up with some ideas and stuff.
Check it out!

The best present for you bf is to kiss him on the cheek and say "happy valentines day" , ecspecially if you do it on a date. (oh and wear some sort of really sticky sparkly red lipstick , that he won't be able to wash off until he gets home...so that everyone knows how much you wuf him)

Well, you could go the flowers and candy route, like men do(here, men have it easy as far as choosing, it's either flowers, candy, jewelry, or a combination) There aren't any "typical" Valentine's day gifts to give TO men.

Don't buy him something, do something for him. Like a romantic dinner, walk in a park, candles, maybe a nice massage. Show him you can do something special other than spend money.
