Question about Shawn Marion?

Can Shawn Marion create his own shot? I've been enjoying his game since Stephon Marbury era on the Suns but somehow from my point of view most of his points were assisted from that time until now.
If you know that the Matrix can create his own shot, can one of you be kind and please explain what method he uses to create his own shot?

i dont believe marion is all that great at creating his own shot. alot of his points come of put backs, fast break points, or spot up jumpers set my nash or someone else driving to the basket to draw defenders and then kicking it back out. but you cant fault him because its just the system that he is in. no one on the suns can create their own shot minus steven nash

His shots seem to be assisted, for the most part, but at around 20 ppg, he doesn't need to be doing anything more offensively, especially on that team.

He catches alley-oops, grabs a lot of offensive rebounds and puts them back in, spots up for 3s, and takes occasional mid-range jumpers.

So no, Marion can't create his own shot like, say, a Kobe Bryant or Dwayne Wade, but that's not stopping him from being one of the ten best players in the league. Remember that the people who can create their own shots can't get steals, rebounds, and blocked shots like Marion.

And as for the people that say Nash makes him what he is, Nash only accounts for part of the scoring and nothing else statistically. Plus one could easily make the same statement for Nash, saying that Marion makes him what he is.

Ya, he simply draws defenders to him and has the ability to make quick decisions on how to shoot, it also helps he has the arm length and leaping ability to out manuver most opponents.
