Between 1914 - 1918, over 100 countries from Africa, America, Asia, Australasia and Europe were part of the conflict.
The main allies were France, the Russian Empire, the British Empire, Italy and the United States. France, Russia and Britain entered World War I in 1914, as a result of their Triple Entente alliance.

Your spelling and and appreciation of tense are very poor. I assume English is not your primary language.
It was called the 'First World War' because it involved most of the Civilised world at the time. Hence few African countries were directly involved, but those that were colonies of empires did provide soldiers so this list is still not conclusive.

The Allies were Great Britain, France and Russia. America later joined and Russia dropped out. The Central Powers were Germany, Italy, and Austria-Hungary. Italy dropped out and Austria-Hungary was dismantled, leaving all the blame to Germany.
