It may be something like wattpad.com. Too bad they only let us download books to phones only. Or maybe a program to download and read many books as possible?

There are many, most have books that are no longer in copyright and although older, are quite good reading.

In particular are the university libraries. University of Adelaide has excellent online/download reading.

http://www.classicsarchive.com/ Quite good. You can get variety such as The Federalist Papers by Hamilton Jay & Madison, or Anne of Green Gables by Montgomery, or Adventure of Robin Hood by Pyle. Catching up on youthful stories is refreshing.
