why does it seem like when you treat some people nicely they treat you like crap. but if you treat them meanly they act nice. (of coarse this is not true for everyone, but for some people it is)

Good question....my opinion is , people from young to old do this, and I think it's got to do with insecurity,we all suffer with feeling insecure. When a person is nice to someone and it seems the other is mean or rude, I think it's because they are feeling insecure about themselves and use you as a means of making themselves feel better. When you become mean or rude to that same person it seems that they become nicer. When in fact all you are doing is bringing them back to reality and then they realize we are all riding in the same boat of insecurity. My sugestion is , whenever a person makes you mad do the opposite of what you feel at the time, if you feel like striking back ,kill them with kindness, if someone ignores you, make it a point to go up to that person and say hello......it's hard at times but it works. Anyway....bottom line.....in life we are all fragile, insecure at times, and a struggle, but thats what makes life a journey....chapters in our life book.

I think TV has raised too many people these days. They see people acting stupid on MTV or BET and think its appropriate behavior.
