when spraying two pack do i apply the laquer before the basecoat dries or do i let the basecoat dry before applying the laquer......

not sprayed metallics before...ta

Mist on the base coat untill you are happy with the colour ,Then mix the laquer 2-1 / 10% thinner , by the time this is mixed the base will be just about ready for the laquer .
It doesnt really matter as you only mist on the base anyway and is virtually dry within a few minutes , so dont go to heavy with the base, that`s when you start to get reactions as the base is taking to long to dry .

sand it down with grade 300 sand paper and then spray with the basecoat and the lacquer just makes it nice and shiny.

let the basecoat go off for ten mins then apply lacquer

put first coat on let dry then flat off with 1200 grade wet and dry repeat process until happy with colour then apply lacquer

Not sure about that side of it but be careful not breath any in, it's bad stuff!
