We are looking to rent a cottage or cabin this summer in the Adirondacks. It is quite a challenging task knowing what the best areas are and what lakes to look at? HELP!?!

It is a difficult task, given the size of the area.
Once you have been you'll want to go every year.
The second year you'll know exactly where you want to stay!
The resorts most frequented are in and around Lake Placid, Lake George, Saranac Lake, Schroon Lake and St. Regis Lake.
(Each one of them scenic)
There are numerous different accommodation types :
Cabins, hunting lodges, villas and hotels.
