you know like a spilt but in the middle what is the easiest way?

sit up straight & do your straddle against a wall. make sure your facing the wall. go as far as you can. and keep pushing little by little until you get it. dont push too far in one day. it takes time. you could have someone push you also. you could flex your feet too and that will make it stretch your legs out more. warning: it does hurt but the pain goes away after a while.

Lay with your back on the floor and your butt against a wall, then just spread your legs apart as far as you can.Warning: make sure the wall you choose is long enough for the length of your legs in a full straddle. Stay like that for about three minutes a day and in about six months you should have it. I must warn you, it hurts a lot until you get used to it. If you squeeze your knees while you're against the wall your legs lose most of their feeling, which helps. Also, your thighs will hate you if you don't stretch them first. Touching your toes while keeping your knees straight works well.

well, u sit on the floor and open your legs up as far as they can go without bending ur knees. personally, i think pointing your toes stretches u more. it doesn't really matter if ur back is against a wall or not. it just has to be straight. i put my back on the coffee table. a really helpful gadget is STRETCHFLEX. i got it for Christmas! it works like a dream because ur legs don't keep on sliding inward! u have to stretch every day. do it while ur watching tv or doing homework. or even reading a book. i like to stretch 15-20 minutes a day. if i am feeling really good i will do 30!

Warm up first then do the stradle as far as you can without major pain the have someone push down on your lower back and slowly go down until a little uncomfortable. Do this everyday and you will get it.
