this micro bill keeps popping up apprently i clicked into a website which is free for first three days then you have to pay they havent my details but the bill is still comming up on my machine is this a scam or is it real i owe £19.99 should i pay it it's askin me to pay by credit card or postal order etc

Seems to be spyware if you search the forums, a way to find out is to install a spyware searcher like ad-aware of Hitman (freeware), the link below from spywarepoint.com expalins it all

No do not pay. Do not click on any links to web sites associated with it. It is a scam.
