13x/13 < 25/13

13x<25 we transpose the -21 to the other side and
x<2 and it becomes positive. now as you can see, we added 21 and 4, and thus it becames 25, if 25 is greater than 13x then x cant be greater than two because 2*13=26 thus the answer is x<2
