what about Netcmd.exe?
It is a command-line tool that opens a command prompt. It automatically maps a UNC path to a drive letter. You can point to any folder in Windows Explorer (or any common file dialog) and open up a command prompt at that location.
Then there is this virus with a low risk level called W32.HLLW.Gaobot.BE
When W32.HLLW.Gaobot.BE is executed, it performs the following actions:

. Copies itself as %System%\netcmd.exe.
There are ways to fix it though....
