I had the chance and i blew it I guess. I saw him recently and I told him how much I was in love with him (10 years ago) but I think he took it like I still loved him or something it must have scared the **** out of him cause we spent one evening together with friends a couple of phone calls and that was it. Sometimes kind feelings and fondness are one sided. What do you do. Such as life and it goes on!!!!!!

Interesting question. I think I would just ask how they were. How was life to them, are they happy, find out what they do, are they married, how many kids. See what kind of memories they still had of the two of you. Recall old friends you two shared. Have they heard from them. This is just all normal stuff though.

I can actually relate to this, Imet mine 6 yrs ago, then we were separated for five, and rekindled everything again over the last year and now we live together, so I say... "Are you making dinner this time?"

I don't think I would want to see her. I know how her life is going because we have mutual friend, and I don't think I would have anything to say to her, because I'm happy now, and she's not. I wouldn't want to rub it in her face.

Not an option, when you are already in love and committed to someone else. If not a coffee or hi won't b a bother for both i guess :)

WOW
I STILL REMEMBER HIM AT TIMES. I SAW HIM A FEW YRS BACK AND SAID HELLO, GAVE HIM A HUG AND A KISS ON THE CHEEK. HE SAID I LOOKED GOOD. HE HAD HIS OLDEST DAUGHTER WITH HIM. SHE WAS 3 BACK THEN AND HIS WIFE WAS INSIDE A STORE GETTING SOMETHING. I GOT TO SAY HELLO TO HER AS WELL. I FELT WEIRD BUT HAPPY HE HAD A FAMILY AND WAS DOING WELL. WISH THEM ALL THE VERY BEST IN THEIR LIVES.
PS: WHEN MY MOTHER LEARN I HAD A BOYFRIEND, I WAS 16 YRS OLD, BUT SHE CALLED MY FATHER AND SEND ME TO HIM, HER REASONS WERE I DONT WANT TO HAVE A DAUGHTER THAT COULD END UP PREGNANT. I TOLD HER I WOULD NOT DO THAT TO HER. I RESPECTED HER. STILL SHE SAID SHE DIDNT WANTED ME NEAR HER.
SHE NEVER ALLOW ME TO SAY GOOD BYE TO HIM IN PERSON. I DID CALL HIM AND TOLD HIM I WAS LEAVING, NOT MY CHOICE. AND CRYED ALL THE WAY TO THE AIRPORT.
