If you are using a third party email client like Microsoft Outlook or Eudora or Mozilla Thunderbird, check the Deleted Items folder. your deleted mails are saved there. There is also an archive folder saved at another location (Generally My Documents>Application Data>Microsoft Outlook on your primary drive where you have all the program files, generally C drive if you are using Microsoft Windows OS)
If you are using a webmail like YahooMail, Gmail, Rediff etc. then the deleted items are saved in your trash bin for a limited time (generally 24 hours). You can transfer the contents of the trash bin back to your inbox. If you don't find the deleted items in tha folder, then send a Email to the Systems Administrator/Support of the Email Service Provider.
Personally, I think they don't always respond to such enquiries. Anyways,
BEST of LUCK !!

Outlook Express DBX Files
Data Recovery Wizard will recover deleted Microsoft Outlook Express DBX files which have been emptied from or bypassed the Windows Recycle Bin. Data Recovery Wizard will not recover individual messaged deleted from within Microsoft Outlook Express.
Web Mail (Hotmail, Yahoo etc...)
In some instances it is possible to recover deleted Web based email messages (such as Hotmail or Yahoo). This can only be done if you have previously opened and looked at the message on your computer before (the message is cached to you computer and can be recovered as a HTML page).

If you are using outlook and have permanently deleted the mail fom the deleted items folder, relax, you might still be in luck. Click on your deleted items folder in Outlook, click on Actions, scroll down to recover deleted items and click again. A new window will appear with all the messages you have deleted within the last few days. Hopefully it is still there. Highlight it and click on the recover button in the menu bar above it.

Hmm...Depends.
Are you using a home PC? If so it should be in your 'Deleted Mail' folder.
If you are using a work computer then they should be doing backups each night and will be able to perform a restore of your mailbox.
If you have deleted it from your 'deleted mail' folder and don't have a backup then I'm afraid it's gone forever. The only thing you can do is ask the sender to send it to you again.
Hope this helps :)

It depends how long agon you deleted it...
If it wasn't that long ago, it should be in your trash or in deleted emails. If it was longer than 5 or 6 days ago then I don't think you can...

You can also download a very small program called Restoration and type in the Subject Line what you want to find. It is a great program for the size. It will check your HD for whatever you type in.
