Yes. They are very normal. During your period, your uterus lining sheds. It escapes your body through your period. Trust me, you will have tons of those clots between now and when you get older. The good thing is, they only come during your period.

Its a shock isn't it the first time! Don't worry or panic the clots are normal. You will experience this alot. Have you not spoken with your mom or another female friend?
A hot/warm bath will help this to pass through your body and relieves your back pain if your experiencing any.

Yes it is normal to have blood clots. As long as they aren't the size of a silver dollar/Tonie.

I really don't know about that. I've never had a blood clot in that area. I'd ask your mum.

Yeah they are completely normal! when you have your period not only does blood come out, but also peices of the uterin lineing. So don't worry about that, you will see them alot. good luck!
