do i share everything with my wife?

i mean my feelings, my opinions my secrets and other sense should be share with wife or not.

Its good to share your feelings with a loved one, it gets it off your chest instead of bottling it inside you which could lead to ulcers and such. Everybody needs an outlet to vent their feelings. It leads to having a closer relationship with the one you love, it also gives you a new propective on your opinions and feelings. I talk to my wife all the time and she does the same, its good support for one another. Ask her what she thinks and let her be a closer part of your life. Secrets are going to come out sometime, so rather her hear it from anyone else, let it come from you. Honesty is always the best policy it builds up trust and a stronger bond between the both of you. Of course some things you do share with her. And you may very well share most things with her. However, there are some things you may feel more comfortable talking about with a brother, uncle, cousin, or close male friend. You may need validation for your masculinity and you can only get that from another man, not a woman -- not even from your wife.

And if it is something that you can't even talk about with men you actually know, I would suggest you talk to a counselor -- if that is something acceptable in your culture. Otherwise, talk to a trusted man you know well.
