Hi zena.
I assume you meant the computers on button.
Try the reset button, unplug and replug the line cord. If you are using a surge suppressor plug directly into the wall to see if the fuse went bad in the suppressor.

unplug the power cord out don't put it back in for about 20 seconds and after 20 seconds plug it in that should help if not the power pack may be blown take it to a computer store if it doesn't turn on after the 20 seconds

Sounds like sexual dysfunction.
Or quite possibly a broken power supply or mother board. Or if it beeps bad memory. Maybe even a bad video card. Hell, you could have cancer.
