can someone tell me how I can save msges in my outlook ? I want to have a back up of all of my business letter from 2005 and 2006 , how can I save them in a CD ?

I must assume that you already have all this mail in a pst file. From there you just need to locate the physical .pst file on your hard drive and burn it onto a disk.
The biggest trick to this is first making sure the file is small enough to fit on a disk and then closing Outlook prior to burning it (outlook will lock the file).
You just need to copy the file back to a hard drive if you ever want to open it again. Outlook will not open it from a CD
