and I just wanna be alone. I wanna switch off the phones and go to a place where nobody knows me and just go crazy and have fun!!
For my bad luck, I'm going on vacation next week but with my whole family, cousins and aunts included. They're nice people but I just wanna be left alone. What should I do? I feel like I'm on the verge of a breakdown and I dont really know why I feel so stressed!

Seek help. If you can't talk to your family, try a school counselor, friend, relative, or maybe get yourself to a psyciatrist. I think it sounds like you have some pain to deal with for some reason? Or, maybe social anxiety ?? There are people that specialize in that kind of thing. I'm so sorry you feel that way. Please seek some help. You will feel a lot better.

You are not the only person that is having problems like that. Before you go on vacation you should talk with a person that has experience in life or just lock yourself in your room and thing about everything that is getting you stress then thing about the people that doesn't get a chance to be with they're families because they don't have a family and you do have one appreciate life but more than anything appreciate and love yourself may be i sound silly but family and love-ones are very important love then while they're here,if you fillings depress go to a nice place for an hour alone thing breathe and thank God for everything you have.

SO WHY DONT YOU TAKE A VACATION ALONE? I MEAN, IF YOU CAN. THEN DO IT.

MAYBE THE REASON WHY YOU ARE SO STRESS OUT IS BECAUSE SCHOOL IS BECOMING HARD FOR YOU, OR THE FAMILY IS A NUTTY ONE.

BUT IF YOUR GOING ON VACATION WITH YOUR FAMILY, TAKE ENJOY TIME WITH THEM, FAMILIES ARE CRAZY BUT THEY ARE YOUR FAMILY.

MINE IS THE SAME WAY AND WHEN I WENT ON VACATION WITH THEM I JUST TRYED TO RELAX ... THEY CAN DRIVE ME CRAZY BUT I KNOW THE FEELING ABOUT WANTING TO BE LEFT ALONE.

YOU SHOULD REALLY THINK OF WANTING TO TALK TO SOME ONE, THAT COULD GIVE THE YOU THE TOOLS TO DEAL WITH YOUR SITUATION.

Tell your family how you are feeling and take some long walks alone to clear your head and try to figure out why your are feeling like this. And then make an effort to rejoin the world.

forget about yourself, this is what i suggest. You know, when you wand to think about something specifically you actually think about "anything" but what you are trying to think about! I mean you are aggravating it by stressing that you wanna be alone.
If I were you i would care about NOTHING! even and especially myself. CAREFREE! this is the key. really, try to accept the condition that you have and think of the ways to enjoy it. even if you are in fire, try to think of how you can enjoy the heat or even how you can BURN better!

1st of all if u wanted to be completely alone u wouldn't be asking a question, sounds like u don't want to be alone your just in a funk rite now, talk to someone close to you bout' how your feelin', and try to be w/ your family as much as u can, maybe this vaca. is what u need. good luck i hope u can get out of that funk your in, they really suck, i've been there before....NO FUN.

Take a long look in the mirror and ask yourself ,is it me or everyone else is the problem. You may need to open up to someone you can trust to let you feelings out. I think everyone needs down time to themselves. I hope this helps you.

I get like this too sometimes.

is it hormones?

Chocolate and a nice nap will help you out.


If this is the way you've been for 2 or more weeks, talk to your primary care physician

if you cant stand anybody or anything than what are you doing on here? you sound selfish to me grow up and go and have a good time you just might become happy and enjoy life. believe me life is Worth it

I used to be that way too. IT will pass, but for now, tell them all you feel, bring some books or movies and just take some time to yourself.
